1. السن القانوني وإخلاء المسؤولية الصحية

التحقق من العمر: خدماتنا ومنتجاتنا مخصصة حصراً للبالغين (18 عاماً فأكثر). بتقديمك لطلب عبر موقعنا، فأنت تقر وتتعهد بأنك بلغت السن القانوني المسموح به في المملكة العربية السعودية لشراء منتجات التدخين الإلكتروني. يحق للمتجر طلب إثبات الهوية عند التسليم.
تحذير صحي: تحتوي منتجات الفيب والسجائر الإلكترونية على النيكوتين، وهي مادة تسبب الإدمان. هذه المنتجات غير مخصصة لغير المدخنين، النساء الحوامل، أو الأشخاص الذين يعانون من أمراض القلب والضغط. استخدام المنتجات يتم على مسؤولية العميل الشخصية.

2. المنتجات والأسعار

نسعى لعرض ألوان ومواصفات المنتجات بدقة، ولكن قد تختلف قليلاً بناءً على إعدادات شاشتك.
جميع الأسعار المعروضة تشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة (VAT) وفقاً للقوانين السعودية، ما لم ينص على خلاف ذلك.
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل الأسعار أو إيقاف أي منتج في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

3. الشحن والتوصيل (الرياض وباقي المدن)

داخل الرياض: يتم التوصيل عادة خلال 24-48 ساعة عمل.
خارج الرياض: يتم الشحن عبر شركات الشحن المعتمدة ويستغرق التوصيل من 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل.
أي تأخير ناتج عن شركات الشحن أو ظروف قاهرة لا يتحمل مسؤوليته المتجر، ولكننا سنبذل قصارى جهدنا لمتابعة طلبك.

4. سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

نظراً للطبيعة الصحية والشخصية لمنتجات الفيب (الشيشة الإلكترونية، النكهات، والبودات)، تطبق السياسة التالية:

المنتجات المعيبة مصنعياً: يتم استبدالها مجاناً خلال 3 أيام من الاستلام، بشرط وجود العلبة الأصلية وجميع الملحقات.
النكهات والبودات والكويلات: لا يمكن استرجاعها أو استبدالها نهائياً إذا تم فتح الغلاف الخارجي أو إزالة تيب السلامة، وذلك لضمان السلامة العامة والنظافة.
في حال رغبة العميل بإلغاء الطلب قبل الشحن، يتم استرجاع المبلغ بالكامل. أما بعد الشحن، يتحمل العميل رسوم التوصيل والاسترجاع.

5. سياسة الخصوصية وحماية البيانات

في فيب.com، نلتزم بحماية خصوصيتك:

جمع البيانات: نقوم بجمع البيانات اللازمة لإتمام الطلب (الاسم، العنوان، رقم الهاتف) فقط.
مشاركة البيانات: لا نقوم ببيع بياناتك لأي طرف ثالث. تتم مشاركة بيانات العنوان ورقم الهاتف فقط مع شركة الشحن لغرض التوصيل.
المدفوعات: جميع عمليات الدفع تتم عبر بوابات دفع آمنة ومشفرة؛ لا نحتفظ ببيانات بطاقتك الائتمانية في خوادمنا.

6. القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام وتفسر وفقاً لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. تختص محاكم مدينة الرياض بفض أي نزاع قد ينشأ.

Welcome to Vape.com. Please read these terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. Using our store signifies your full acceptance of these terms.

1. Legal Age & Health Disclaimer

Age Verification: Our products and services are strictly for adults (18+ years old). By placing an order, you certify that you are of legal age in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to purchase vaping products. We reserve the right to request ID upon delivery.
Health Warning: Vape products and e-liquids contain nicotine, an addictive substance. These products are not intended for non-smokers, pregnant women, or individuals with heart conditions. Use is at your own risk.

2. Products & Pricing

We strive to display product colors and specifications accurately; however, variations may occur due to screen settings.
All prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with Saudi laws.
We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery (Riyadh & KSA)

Riyadh Delivery: Typically within 24-48 business hours.
Outside Riyadh: Shipped via authorized carriers, taking 2-5 business days.
Vape.com is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or force majeure, though we will assist in tracking your order.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of vape products (E-shisha, E-liquids, Pods), the following policy applies:

Manufacturer Defects: Replaced free of charge within 3 days of receipt, provided the original packaging and accessories are present.
Liquids, Pods, & Coils: Strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable if the seal is broken or opened, ensuring public safety and hygiene.
If an order is cancelled before shipping, a full refund is issued. After shipping, the customer bears delivery and return fees.

5. Privacy Policy

At Vape.com, we are committed to protecting your privacy:

Data Collection: We collect only the data necessary to process your order (Name, Address, Phone Number).
Data Sharing: We do not sell your data. Address and phone details are shared only with the shipping company for delivery purposes.
Payments: All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted gateways; we do not store your credit card details on our servers.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Riyadh.
